The “AI Digital Intelligence – Hands-On Workshop” conducted on 24th January was an exciting and impactful learning session that brought together 60 enthusiastic first-year students from various departments including CSE, IT, CSBS, AIML, ECE, and EEE. The workshop focused on introducing students to the practical world of Artificial Intelligence and how AI technologies can be applied to improve productivity, creativity, and everyday problem-solving.

During Session 1, students were introduced to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, including how AI works, where it is used in real life, and how it is transforming industries and digital platforms. The session also explored the difference between traditional AI systems and AI agents, helping students understand how intelligent tools can automate tasks and assist users in making smarter decisions. Students also learned about popular AI tools that can be used for productivity, research, automation, and content creation, giving them a practical perspective on how AI can support daily activities.

Session 2 focused on interactive learning and practical engagement. Students participated in a quiz session and real-time tasks, where they applied the AI concepts they had learned. This hands-on activity encouraged creativity and problem-solving, allowing participants to explore different ways AI can simplify tasks, improve efficiency, and support innovative thinking.

The workshop was led by Sandhib Kumar, who shared practical insights, demonstrations, and guidance to help students understand the real-world impact of Artificial Intelligence. The event was successfully supported by the dedicated members of Google Developer Groups Core Team, whose coordination and efforts helped make the session highly interactive and engaging.
